Our system administrators constantly watch the shared servers; we are aware of the current situation and are working quickly to resolve the issue.

How long must I wait?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a time frame for when the server will be normal, as we are still investigating the issue. As soon as we determine the problem, we fix it. We do have our 99.9% uptime guarantee to meet, so we will work quickly to restore the server's health.
How could this happen?
Usually, the cause is a single user who has allowed uncontrolled processes to overload the server. We will suspend that user and restore the server to working condition.
Did I do something wrong?
If it was you, your account would be suspended. The person causing the problem will be suspended and get an email from our security team.
My server is down for a long time.
I apologize for the inconvenience. Please check Ticket for a post regarding your server. If your server is down for more than a temporary issue, we will post the details.
You may restart your server (container) via the Virtuozzo Power Panel. Your VZ panel will be available, even when your container is down.
Please note that we put a VPS into a cool-down period if it is slamming the server. This essentially shuts down the VPS for 10 minutes and emails the owner. If you have any questions about this, please submit a ticket to our Security department so we can diagnose the cause.
